There are styles to conflicts? Sure there are, and sometimes when we have conflict it is about the styles that we prefer rather than the conflict itself. Imagine that a person is trying to colaborate with someone and the other person is avoiding the conflict. What might you think would happen? How does each person appear to the other?

After you have listened to the Conflict style then try the conflict style worksheet. remember to follow these simple directions: Pick one particular conflict, with one particular person.
